摘要
为了提升航空发动机高压转子维修单元体的装配质量,针对当前高压转子维修单元体跳动评价方法中普遍存在的沿程测量误差问题,通过分析维修单元体转子偏心量与组合转子偏心量之间的影响关系,同时避免复杂的空间坐标变换计算,建立了高压组合转子结合面偏心量快速预估模型,提出以支承轴颈处偏心量来评价高压转子维修单元体跳动的方法。采用该方法可快速预估组合转子中间结合面偏心量范围,也可对批量压气机转子和涡轮转子实施最优配对。结果表明:在满足高压组合转子跳动设计要求的前提下,改进后的跳动评价方法使高压转子维修单元体不合格率从最高约67%降低到约8%,有效提升了转子装配质量,提高了装配效率。该跳动评价方法对于航空发动机转子装配、组合转子配对以及连接质量评估等工作的开展具有较强的工程指导意义。
In order to improve the assembly quality of aeroengine high-pressure rotor maintenance module and solve the problem mea⁃suring error existing in conventional runout assessment,a quick prediction model for the eccentricity of the high-pressure combined rotor was established and a method of using the eccentricity at the support journal was proposed to evaluate the runout quality of the rotor mainte⁃nance module,by analyzing the relationship of the eccentricity between the rotor maintenance module and the combined rotor,while avoid⁃ing complex spatial coordinate transformation calculations.The method could not only quickly predict the eccentricity range of the com⁃bined rotor,but also implement the optimal matching for compressor rotors and turbine rotors.The results show that the improved rotor run⁃out assessment method can reduce the non-conformance rate of the rotor maintenance module from 67%to 8%on the premise of meeting the runout design requirements of the combined rotor,which effectively improves the rotor assembly quality and efficiency.The rotor runout assessment method can serve as a guide for the aeroengine rotor assembling,combined rotor matching and connection quality evaluation.
