摘要
【目的】介绍智慧供热系统额主要构成、任务与目标及电动调节阀在智慧供热系统中的作用原理。【方法】以丰宁县县城供热项目为例,基于13个供热站出现的具体故障,重新计算一次侧口径和流量需要,基于计算结果来安装相应口径的电动调节阀。【结果】换热站电动调节阀经过改造,彻底解决了电动调节阀在智慧供热系统运行情况中存在的调节故障及用户供热体验不佳的问题,实现超计划供热。【结论】本研究对智慧供热系统中电动阀门的改造与应用推广有着重要意义。
[Purposes]This study introduces components,tasks and objectives of the intelligent heating system,and the transformation principle of the electric control valve in the intelligent heating system;[Methods]Taking the heat supply project in Fengning County as an example,based on the specific failures of 13 heat supply stations,the caliber and flow requirements of the primary side were recalculated,and electric control valves with corresponding caliber were installed based on the calculation results.[Findings]After the transformation of the electric control valve in the heat exchange station,the problem of the electric control valve′s regulation failure in the operation of the intelligent heating system and the user′s poor heating experience has been completely solved,and the super planned heating has been realized.[Conclusions]This study provides a beneficial practical significance for the transformation and application of electric valves in intelligent heating systems.
