基于ANSYS的泵房底板跳仓法温控仿真技术研究

摘要 【目的】合理制定泵房底板温控施工方案,避免混凝土施工最大拉应力破坏,提高泵房底板温控施工科学性。【方法】利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,通过“单元生死”技术实现对跳仓法混凝土温控施工的仿真模拟。【结果】对实例工程进行仿真分析,该温控方案满足温控防裂需求,混凝土各块浇筑的最大温度应力均出现在混凝土的上部边角处。【结论】利用ANSYS可实现对泵房底板跳仓法施工温控方案的仿真模拟,判断温控方案是否满足混凝土温控防裂要求。仿真还可确定温度应力最大区域,在混凝土施工过程中要注意对该部位的混凝土保温养护。 [Purposes]This paper aims to Reasonably develop a temperature control construction plan for the pump house slab plate,avoid maximum tensile stress damage during concrete construction,and improve the scientific nature of temperature control construction for the pump house slab.[Methods]By using ANSYS finite element analysis software and the"element life and death"technology,the simulation of temperature control construction of concrete using the skip bin method is achieved.[Findings]Through simulation analysis of a practical project,the temperature control scheme meets the requirements of temperature control and crack prevention.The maximum temperature stress of each concrete block pouring occurs at the upper corners of the concrete.[Conclusions]ANSYS can be used to simulate the temperature control scheme of the pump house slab alternative bay constuction method construction,and determine whether the temperature control scheme meets the temperature control and crack prevention requirements of concrete.The simulation results can determine the area with the highest temperature stress,and special attention should be paid to the concrete insulation and maintenance of that area during the concrete construction process.
