摘要
【目的】为研究施工期排水技术在水工隧洞施工中的应用,提出了一种适宜于富水隧洞施工期间的分阶段排水方案。【方法】采用数值模拟方法对有、无施工排水方案两种计算工况进行比较分析。【结果】结果表明:隧洞不设置施工排水方案时,涌水量为0.729 m^(3)/s;隧洞设置施工排水方案后,涌水量为0.232 m^(3)/s。隧洞涌水量相较于不设置施工排水方案时降低幅度为68.16%。【结论】设置排水方案时,隧洞衬砌应力及衬砌背后孔隙水压力有所降低,该方案可为富水隧洞施工期间排水技术应用提供借鉴与指导。
[Purposes]To investigate the application of construction drainage techniques in hydraulic tunnel construction and to propose a phased drainage scheme suitable for the construction period of waterrich tunnels.[Methods]Numerical simulations were used to compare the two calculation conditions(with and without a construction drainage scheme).[Findings]This paper discusses the three-circle balance method to eliminate the unbalanced mass,and compares the friction torque of two kinds of bearings based on the example of excessive radial clearance of bearings,analyzes the vibration characteristics of coupling looseness through force conditions,and explains the vibration signal characteristics of elastic sleeve failure based on physical models.[Conclusions]Comprehensive analysis of vibration factors not caused by fans will help us find and solve the crux of the problem in a more fast and direct way.
