1+X证书制度下建设工程管理专业课证融通课程体系研究

Research on the Integrated Course System of Construction Engineering Management under the 1+X Certificate System

【目的】进一步实现建设工程管理专业课程设置与产业的有效对接,解决目前专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,推进1+X证书制度的有效实施,使人才培养与社会需求及行业发展充分融合。【方法】通过调研发现目前高职院校建设工程管理专业存在人才培养模式不注重未来岗位面向、课程设置缺乏统一标准、专业学习缺少有效引导、“双师型”教师资源匮乏等问题。【结果】通过对与建设工程管理专业相关的“X”证书的梳理与分析,可利用1+X证书制度实现解决目前专业人才培养过程中存在的问题。【结论】可从基于“X”证书对应工作岗位进行项目化教学、创建网络资源库、大力推进“三教”改革、灵活设置考核方式等方面构建建设工程管理专业课证融通的课程体系。

[Purposes]To further achieve effective integration between the curriculum of construction engineering management and the industry,solve the problems existing in the current process of professional talent cultivation,promote the effective implementation of the 1+X certificate system,and ensure that talent cultivation must be fully integrated with social needs and industry development.[Methods]Through research,the article found that there are currently problems in the construction engineering management major of vocational colleges,such as the talent cultivation model does not focus on future job orientation,lack of unified standards in curriculum design,lack of effective guidance in professional learning,and a shortage of“dual qualified”teacher resources.[Findings]Through investigation,it is found that there are currently problems in the construction engineering management major of vocational colleges,such as the talent cultivation model not focusing on future job orientation,the lack of unified standards in curriculum design,the lack of effective guidance in professional learning,and a shortage o“f dual teacher”teacher resources.[Conclusions]A course system for the integration of engineering management professional courses and certificates can be constructed from aspects such as project-based teaching based on the corresponding job positions with the“X”certificate,creating a network resource library,vigorously promoting the“reforms in teacher,teaching materials,and teaching method”,and flexibly setting assessment methods.
