新型工程化光纤光栅索力监测用传感器的研制

摘要 拉索是空间拉索结构的主承力构件,其拉索索力在施工及服役过程中的演化规律对于结构施工质量控制和服役安全具有重要意义.在分析和总结传统拉索索力监测方法适应性的基础上,针对拉索结构的实际特点,设计研发了一种满足工程应用要求的新型卡箍索力计,给出了详细的理论分析,并与传统卡箍在同一根拉索上进行对比试验验证新型卡箍的有效性和优越性.结果表明:新型卡箍安装方便,适用于工程应用的各个阶段;新型卡箍能够规避施工过程导致的拉索径缩和扭转效应,与拉力机获得的索力数据吻合度良好,相差小于5%,满足实际工程需要,具有广阔的应用前景. Cable is the main bearing member of space cable structure,and the cable force evolution law during construction and service is of great significance to quality control and service safety of structure construction.Based on the analysis and summary of the adaptability of traditional cable tension monitoring method,a new type of clamp cable force meter is designed and developed to meet the requirements of engineering application according to the actual characteristics of cable structure.Detailed theoretical analysis is given and the effectiveness and superiority of the new clamp is verified by comparing it with the traditional clamp on the same cable.The results show that the new clamp is convenient and feasible to install and is suitable for all stages of engineering application.The new clamp can avoid the cable diameter shrinkage and torsion effects caused by cable construction,and it is in good agreement with the cable force data obtained by tensioner,with a difference of less than 5%.It has a good application prospect to meet the actual engineering requirements.
