4个早实核桃品种混合芽内多胺含量和花粉活力的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Polyamine Content and Pollen Viability in Mixed Buds of Four Early Fruit Walnut Cultivars

摘要 比较不同早实核桃品种的混合芽内多胺的含量及花粉活力,分析不同早实核桃品种的丰产潜力,为核桃丰产机理研究作参考.以‘豫丰’‘香玲’‘彼特罗’‘辽宁1号’4个早实核桃品种的混合芽和花粉为试材,采用高效液相二级质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定4个早实核桃品种的混合芽内多胺含量,MTT染色法测定花粉活力.8—10月份‘豫丰’混合芽内的总多胺平均值为4380.83 ng/g,精胺平均值为73.57 ng/g,亚精胺平均值为42.46 ng/g,腐胺平均值为4264.80 ng/g,均显著高于其他3个早实核桃品种.‘豫丰’的花粉活力在常温和4℃下较其他品种均表现显著.在4个早实核桃品种中‘豫丰’的混合芽内多胺含量及花粉活力均高于其他品种,丰产潜力高. Is this study we compare the content of polyamines in mixed buds and pollen activity of different early fruit walnut cultivars,analyze the yield potential of different early fruit walnut cultivars,for giving reference to the study of yield mechanism of walnut.The mixed buds and pollen of four early fruit walnut cultivars‘Yufeng’,‘Xiangling’,‘Petero’and‘Liaoning No.1’were used as test materials,and the mixed bud polyamine content of four early fruit walnut cultivars was determined by high-performance liquid phase secondary mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS),and pollen activity was determined by MTT staining.From August to October,the average value of total polyamines in the mixed buds of‘Yufeng’was 4380.83 ng/g,the average value of spermidine was 73.57 ng/g,the average value of spermidine was 42.46 ng/g,and the average value of putrescine was 4264.80 ng/g,all of which were significantly higher than those of the other three early fruit walnut varieties.The pollen activity of‘Yufeng’was significantly higher than that of other varieties at room temperature and 4℃.Among the four early fruit walnut cultivars,the mixed bud polyamine content and pollen activity of‘Yufeng’were higher than those of other varieties,and the yield potential was high.
