双循环背景下中俄农产品贸易竞争与互补关系研究

Sino-Russian Agricultural Trade Competition and Complementarity Under Dual-Circulation Background

借助RCA指数、TCI指数、TI指数对2012—2021年中俄农产品贸易的竞争性、互补性与贸易依存度进行测算.结果表明:中俄农产品贸易总额虽然波动明显,但贸易规模仍呈现扩大趋势;两国农产品贸易差额变动剧烈,我国农产品经历了由顺差到逆差急剧扩大的过程;两国农产品贸易结构相对单一且出口市场分布具有明显差异,主要农产品贸易集中度较高.此外,俄罗斯农产品贸易竞争性较弱,中俄两国农产品贸易互补性强且依存度较高.最后,结合双循环理论和中俄农产品贸易实际给出了具体建议.

This study uses RCA index,TCI index and TI index to measure the competitiveness,complementarity and trade dependence of Sino-Russian agricultural trade from 2012 to 2021.The results show that the total trade volume of agricultural products between China and Russia fluctuated obviously,but the trade scale still presented an expanding trend.The agricultural products trade balance of the two countries fluctuated sharply,our agricultural products experienced a process from surplus to deficit rapidly expansion.The trade structure of agricultural products between the two countries is relatively single and the distribution of export markets is obviously different,and the concentration of main agricultural products trade is high.Further,Russia’s agricultural trade competitiveness is weak,and the agricultural trade between China and Russia is highly complementary and highly dependent.Finally,combining the dual-circulation theory and Sino-Russian agricultural products relatd trade practice gives specific suggestions.
