不同针刺方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效:网状Meta分析

The clinical efficacy of different acupuncture methods in treatment of lumbar disc herniation:a mesh Meta-analysis

目的通过运用网状Meta分析,对比不同针刺方式治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法检索中国知网、重庆维普、万方、PubMend、The Cochrane Library数据库关于针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床随机研究,截止日期为2020年5月30日。运用网状Meta分析比较针刀、电针、浮针、火针、腹针及普通针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和VAS评分、JOA评分改善情况。结果共有20篇文章纳入网状Meta分析,结果显示:在临床疗效好转、降低VAS评分、降低JOA评分方面,其优势度均为针刀>电针>浮针>火针>腹针>普通针刺。结论各种不同针刺方式治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果不同,针刀及电针可在更大程度上缓解患者的疼痛,达到治疗目的。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of different acupuncture methods in treating lumbar disc herniationthrough the use of mesh Meta-analysis.Methods The clinical randomized treatment of acupuncture for lumbar intervertebral disc herniationwas searched in the databases of CNKI,Chongqing Weipu,Wanfang,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,with the deadline of May 30,2020.The mesh Meta-analysis was used to compare the efficacy,VAS score,JOA score of different methods like acupotomy,electric acupuncture,floating needle,fire needle,abdominal acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and the improvement of VAS score and JOA score was observed.Results A total of 20 articles were included in the literature study.The results of the meshMeta-analysis showed that in terms of improvingclinical efficacy,reducing VAS score,and reducing JOA score,the advantages of different methods were as follows:acupotomy>electroacupuncture>floating needle>fire needle>abdominal acupuncture>ordinary acupuncture.Conclusion Various acupuncture methods have different therapeutic effects on lumbar disc herniation,while acupotomy and electric acupuncture can relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation to a greater extent,and achieve the treatment goals.
