《社区矫正理论与实务》课程思政构建路径

The Ideological and Political Construction Path of the Course“Theory and Practice of Community Correction”

为确保社区矫正工作人员专职从事社区矫正工作,安徽探索建立社区矫正队建制。这对社区矫正人员执行刑罚权提出了更高、更专业的要求,也对司法职业院校培养社区矫正专业人才提出了更高要求。培育社区矫正专业人才应着重把握课程思政必要性,树立课程思政教学观念;挖掘课程思政元素,更新课程教学设计;融入教学实施过程,完善教学评价,确保课程思政有效引领落实“三全育人”,为推进“队建制改革”贡献力量。

In recent years,Anhui,Jiangxi and other provinces have successively explored and established the system of community correction teams,and formed a network of community correction institutions at the provincial,municipal,county and township levels,so as to ensure that community correction workers are engaged in community correction work full-time.It puts forward higher and more professional requirements not only for the community correction personnel to implement the penalty right,but also for judicial voca⁃tional colleges to train community corrections professionals.Therefore,by grasping the necessity and estab⁃lishing the concept of ideological and political education in the course of“Theory and Practice of Commu⁃nity Correction”,it should excavate the ideological and political elements,update the course teaching design,integrate them into the teaching implementation process,and improve the teaching evaluation,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the implementation of the“three wide education”,and contribute to the pro⁃motion of“team construction reform”.
