摘要
在深化教育体制改革背景下,高校办公室作为高校管理的中枢机构,具有参政管理、统筹规划、行政服务等基本职能。提升高校办公室管理能力,是适应高等教育发展的客观需要,也是提升高校行政执行力的必然要求。从强化学习、加强谋划、落实督办、打造信息平台、改进作风等五个方面,阐述高校办公室工作综合能力提升的策略,以期为进一步增强办公室管理能力提供参考。
In the context of deepening the reform of the education system,the university office,as the cen⁃tral institution of university management,has the basic functions such as participating in political manage⁃ment,overall planning,and administrative services.Improving the office management ability of colleges and universities is to meet the objective needs of the development of higher education,and it is also an inevi⁃table requirement to improve the administrative execution of colleges and universities.From the five aspects of enhancing learning,strengthening planning,implementing supervision,building an information platform,and improving the style of work,the strategies for improving the comprehensive ability of office work in colleges and universities is expounded,with a view to providing a reference for further enhancing the of⁃fice management ability.
