波浪补偿技术在深海采矿工程中的研究与应用

摘要 阐述了波浪补偿技术研究在深海采矿工程中的重要意义;开展了波浪补偿装置总体方案、工作原理和工作流程研究,保证输矿立管在作业过程中可以获得支持力和补偿力,相对海底保持静止位置稳定工作;通过仿真分析方法研究波浪补偿系统的动态综合性能,归纳采矿船船舶振动周期、负载大小、液压管路流阻、摩擦力等因素对补偿效果的影响规律;分析限速安全技术,研究限速安全阀的功能原理、结构组成、试验方案;通过装船应用验证了安全保障效果,最终形成了深海采矿波浪补偿技术较为全面的研究成果。 In this paper,the significance of the research on heave compensation technology in deep-sea mining engineering is described,and the overall plan,working principle as well as workflow of the heave compensator are studied that ensures that the lifting pipe can obtain the supporting force and compensation force during operation,maintain a stationary position relative to the seabed and work steadily.Through the simulation analysis method,the dynamic comprehensive performance of the heave compensation system is studied.The influence law of vibration period,load size,hydraulic line flow resistance,friction and other factors of the mining ships on the compensation effect is also summarized.In addition,the speed-limited safety technology is analyzed,while the functional principle,structural composition and test plan of the speed-limited shut off valve are studied.The safety guarantee effect is verified by the shipment applications.As a result,a more comprehensive research result on the heave compensation technology in deep-sea mining is obtained.
