摘要
随着节能减排及碳达峰与碳中和的要求日趋严格,钢结构及装配式结构在工程中的应用越来越普遍,体育场馆多采用高大空间的钢结构体系,且多为钢框架+楼承板体系,钢框架+叠合板较为少见,高大空间钢框架+叠合板体系需要进行高大模板及支撑架施工,传统支撑方法面临安全性差、造价高、工期长等问题,中建三局集团有限公司南部新城全民健身中心建设工程采用一种叠合板免模板架体的支撑体系,包括双拼18#C型钢组成的主楞、调平木枋及新型装配式、可调支座,所有构件可实现装配式、可周转。使用本支撑体系可以有效降低成本、提高工效。同时,采用此种装配式可调节支座可减少支座加工的种类及数量,减少出错概率,便于周转使用,大大降低成本,提高工效。
With the increasingly strict requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction,carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,the application of steel structures and fabricated structures in projects is becoming more and more common.Most stadiums and gymnasiums use steel structure systems in large spaces,and most of them are steel frames+floor bearing plate systems.Steel frames+laminated plates are rare.In addition,the steel frames+laminated plate systems in large spaces require the construction of tall formworks and supports.Traditional support methods face poor safety,high cost,long construction period and other problems,the construction project of the National Fitness Center in the Southern New City of China Construction Third Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.adopts a composite plate formwork free frame support system,including the main beam composed of double 18#C steel,leveling wooden beam and new fabricated and adjustable bearings.All components can be fabricated and turnover.The support system can effectively reduce costs and improve work efficiency.At the same time,the use of such assembly type adjustable bearing can reduce the type and quantity of bearing processing,reduce the probability of errors,facilitate turnover,greatly reduce costs,and improve work efficiency.
