摘要
利用外界光源条件的改变,构建能够可逆调控DNA的结构元件,在可以绑定蛋白分子的DNA适配子上,实时可逆调控DNA适配子的二级结构,构建出一种新型的基于光源刺激的DNA纳米蛋白循环结合-释放器,对数学中各个形变参数进行计算。研究表明:构建的DNA纳米蛋白循环结合-释放器灵敏度高,可操作性强,可以实现分子生物学工具的发展应用和重要生物、医学问题研究的有机结合。
Using the change of external light source conditions to construct reversible DNA structural elements,on the DNA aptamers that can bind protein molecules,the secondary structure of DNA aptamers can be reversibly regulated in real time,and a new type of light source-based aptamer was constructed.Stimulated DNA nanoprotein loops bind-releasers to calculate mathematically individual deformation parameters.The research shows that the constructed DNA nanoprotein loop binding-releaser has high sensitivity and strong operability,and can realize the organic combination of the development and application of molecular biology tools and the research of importantbiological andmedical problems.
