平原城市防涝存在的问题及对策--以东营市为例

Problems and countermeasures of waterlogging prevention in plain cities--Take Dongying city as an example

平原城市水体的流动性比较差,雨季时短时期的强降雨天气很容易造成低洼的路段或小区发生内涝。文章以平原城市东营市为例,对城市洪涝发生的原因进行分析,研究平原城市防洪排涝的措施,从而提高城市防止内涝的应对能力,减少城市内涝概率的发生。

In plain cities,the fluidity of water bodies is relatively poor,and the short period of heavy rainfall in rainy season is easy to cause waterlogging in low-lying sections or communities.Taking the plain city of Dongying as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of urban floods and studies the measures of flood control and drainage in plain cities,so as to improve the city's response ability to prevent waterlogging and reduce the occurrence of urban waterlogging probability.
