摘要
大型城市商业综合体的内部共享空间逐渐向体验式方向发展,然而绝大多数建成后的商业综合体都没有经过使用后评估(POE)论证其设计方案的合理性。文章选取新疆地区库尔勒市大型商业综合体——新汇嘉时代购物中心的内部共享空间为研究对象,通过层次分析、深度访谈、问卷调查等方法开展分析研究,并提出改进建议和措施。希望为今后新疆中等城市的大型商业综合体内部共享空间的设计或改造,提供一定的参考依据。
The inner sharing space of the large-scale urban commercial complex is gradually developing in the experience-type direction,but most of them have not gone through post-occupancy evaluation(POE)to prove the rationality of the design scheme.This paper selects the inner sharing space of Xinhuijia Times Shopping Center,a large commercial complex in Korla,Xinjiang,as the research object,analyzes and studies with analytic hierarchy process,in-depth interview method,and the questionnaire survey method,etc.,and then proposes improvement suggestions and measures.It provides some reference for the design or renovation of the sharing space inside large-scale commercial complex of the medium-sized cities in Xinjiang.
