基于路径通行能力的建筑开发体量估算方法

摘要 通过可利用的道路剩余通行能力合理确定老城区城市更新项目建设规模,为城市更新开发建设体量提供定量化参考。通过分析识别项目周边关键道路及交叉口交通现状,并结合交通组织流线识别进出项目的所有路径,明确相关路径的剩余通行能力,采用交通生成反推的思路构建剩余通行能力与建筑开发体量间的关系模型。以青岛市某城市更新项目为例,对项目的建设规模进行评估,结果表明,运用该方法对建筑开发体量进行定量化分析简单实用,结果明确,对指导城市更新具有较好的参考价值。 The construction volume of urban renewal projects in old urban areas can be reasonably determined by the available road residual capacity to provide quantitative reference for the urban renewal development and construction.By analyzing and identifying the traffic status of key roads and intersections around the project,and combining with the traffic organization streamline to identify all the routes in and out of the project,the residual capacity of related paths is defined,and the relationship model between the residual capacity and the building development volume is constructed with the idea of traffic generation reverse inference.Taking an urban renewal project in Qingdao as an example,the construction volume of the project was evaluated.The results show that this method is simple and practical for quantitative analysis on building development volume,has clear results,and has good reference value for guiding urban renewal.
