气相测谱法测定纺织品中的氯乙烯单体含量

摘要 建立了自动顶空进样-气相色谱法测定纺织品中氯乙烯单体含量的方法。结果表明,氯乙烯单体含量在0~0.320mg/L的范围内线性良好,相关系数r^(2)为0.9997;方法检出限为0.08mg/kg;采用空白样品加标测定氯乙烯单体的回收率,回收率在99.2%~101.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.6%~4.6%。方法的检出限低,准确度与精密度都比较高,为纺织品中残留氯乙烯单体的检测提供参考依据。 A test method based on automatic headspace gas chromatography was developed for determination of vinyl chloride monomer in textile.Vinyl chloride presented a good linear relation with the peak area in the range of 0~0.320 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient r2 was 0.9997.The detection limit was 0.08 mg/kg.The recoveries of blank sample spiked with three levels of vinyl chloride were 99.2%~101.6%and RSD were 1.6%~4.6%.The method is simple,convenient and accurate which is suitable for the determination of vinyl chloridemonomer in textile.
