综采工作面快速过断层技术的实践与应用浅析

摘要 本文以煤矿生产的技术转型技术升级为背景,加强对综采工作面快速过断层技术的研究,通过对过断层方法的分析,明确实践要点,总结了在综采工作面快速过断层技术应用中的实践策略,从设计施工方案、拉移超前支架技术、上网支护技术、煤机截割控制技术、断层带预送维护顶板、断层带预送巷道支护等多方面加强技术研究,提高了综采工作面的生产效率。目的是要在综采工作面中加强对开采技术的优化,提高快速过断层技术的应用水平,提高生产效益。 Based on the background of technological transformation and upgrading in coal mine production,this article strengthens the research on rapid fault crossing technology in fully mechanized coal mining faces.Through the analysis of fault crossing methods,it clarifies the key points of practice,and summarizes the practical strategies in the application of rapid fault crossing technology in fully mechanized coal mining faces,including design and construction schemes,pulling advanced support technology,online support technology,coal machine cutting control technology,fault zone pre delivery and roof maintenance strengthening technical research in various aspects such as pre delivery roadway support in fault zones has improved the production efficiency of fully mechanized mining faces.The purpose is to strengthen the optimization of mining technology in fully mechanized mining faces,improve the application level of rapid fault crossing technology,and improve production efficiency.
