工业锅炉的水垢成因及处理方法

摘要 锅炉作为特种设备,在工业、民用等领域有着广泛的应用。锅炉用水质量的优劣,直接关系到锅炉的安全运行和能耗。如果用水达不到标准,则会使受热表面产生水垢,这不但会造成巨大的能源浪费,而且还会威胁到锅炉的安全运行。本文通过对锅炉在使用过程中出现结垢现象的分析,阐述了结垢的形成、危害以及预防与处理措施。所做工作可为锅炉从业人员科学防垢、去垢提供参考。 Boilers are special equipment that have a wide range of applications in industrial and civil fields.The quality of the water used in boilers is directly related to the safe operation and energy consumption of the boilers.If the water used does not meet the standard,it will cause scale formation on the heating surface,which will not only cause huge energy waste but also threaten the safe operation of the boiler.This article analyzes the phenomenon of scaling that occurs during the use of boilers,and elaborates on the formation,harm,prevention and treatment measures of scaling.This work can provide reference for boiler practitioners to scientifically prevent and remove scale.
