摘要
针对大流量、排放标准严格的大型石油化工码头装船油气回收处理问题,结合中科合资广东炼化一体化项目码头工程相关设计,综合分析比较各种油气回收工艺的特点及适用处理介质,确定了前端冷凝+后端焚烧的工艺方案。对油气回收处理工艺加以总结与研究,以期为石油化工码头油气回收(处理)技术的选择提供一种可选途径。
Aiming at the problem of vapor recovery and treatment of large petrochemical terminals,large flow rate,and high emission standard,combining with the Jetty Engineering of Sino-Kuwait Guangdong Integrated Refinery&Petrochemical JV Project,we analyze the the principle,characteristic and applicable products of each vapor recovery process and determine the process scheme of front-end condensation+back-end incineration.This paper summarizes and studies the process of oil and gas recovery and treatment,in order to provide an optional approach for the selection of oil and gas recovery(treatment)technology in petrochemical terminals.
