摘要
针对催化裂化装置富气压缩机能耗增大的现象,总结分析了现阶段富气压缩机能耗增加的主要原因。针对原料性质变化、不凝气量增加、循环水温度和中低压管网蒸汽性质变化等导致富气压缩机能耗增加的原因进行相应的分析,并提出了针对富气机降低能耗的措施。
In view of the phenomenon of increasing energy consumption of rich gas compressor in catalytic cracking unit,the main reasons of increasing energy consumption of rich gas compressor are summarized and analyzed.This paper analyzes the reasons for the increase of energy consumption of gas-rich compressors,such as the change of raw material properties,non-condensing gas volume,circulating water temperature and the change of steam properties of medium-low pressure pipe network,and puts forward the measures to reduce energy consumption of gas-rich compressors.
