摘要
乙腈和正丙醇是某制药厂生产过程中产生的废料,如果直接排放不仅造成了资源的浪费,而且造成了严重的环境污染。乙腈和正丙醇在常压下属于共沸体系,常规精馏很难将其分离,经初步探索后,确定采用间歇萃取精馏的方式分离该体系。首先利用UNIFAC结合EWELL理论,初步选定萃取剂为DMF和异戊醇。随后利用模拟软件ChemCAD进行了间歇萃取精馏分离的理论模拟工作,得到体系分离的回流比、理论板、萃取剂进料位置、萃取剂进料量、萃取剂进料温度、塔板持液量等操作条件;而后进行了间歇萃取精馏的实验研究,结果证明模拟结果基本可靠。
Acetonitrile and 1-propanol are waste materials in the production process of some pharmaceutical factories,it is not only a waste to discharge them directly but also make a great pollution to the Environment.The mixture of Acetonitrile and 1-propanol belongs to Azeotropic system at the ordinary pressure,it’s very hard to separate them by conventional rectification.Compared to some different methods,The batch extractive distillation was chose to separate the acetonitrile and 1-propanol system in this article.Two extractants,isoamyl alcohol and DMF had been selected by the theories of UNIFAC and molecular knowledge.Then Chemcad were used to simulate the process of the batch extractive distillation.The datas of the reflux ratio、the feeding temperature、the feeding position、the feeding weigh、the theoretical trays、the liquid holdup were gotten by the simulation.And the experiment finally proved the simulation results were reliable.
