β-环糊精强化盐地碱蓬修复石油烃污染土壤

Remediation of Petroleum Hydrocarbons Contaminated Soil by Suaeda Heteroptera Kitagawa withβ-cyclodextrin

摘要 针对土壤石油烃污染日益严重的问题,研究了β–环糊精对盐地碱蓬修复的强化效果。结果显示,β–环糊精缓解了石油烃污染物对盐地碱蓬的生长抑制作用,植物的株高以及生物量有不同程度的增加。随着β–环糊精的加入直链烷烃和多环芳烃(PAHs)的生物富集系数(BCF)分别提高了54.2%~89.7%和56.8%~98.4%。随着环糊精加入植物修复作用显著增强,石油烃污染物消散率增加,最高可达50.4%。通过实验室模拟探究了β–环糊精对植物修复的强化作用,为环糊精辅助修复土壤石油烃污染物提供了有价值的信息。 In view of the increasingly serious problem of petroleum hydrocarbons contamination in soil,the research studies the enhancement effect ofβ-cyclodextrin on the the remediation of Suaeda heteroptera Kitagawa.The findings demonstrate thatβ-cyclodextrin reduce the plant growth inhibition caused by contaminants,the plant height and biomass increase to varying degrees.The biological enrichment factor(BCF)of n-alkanes and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon increase by 54.2-89.7%and 56.8-98.4%with the addition ofβ-cyclodextrin,respectively.The efficiency of phytoremediation is significantly improved due to the appearance ofβ-cyclodextrin,the highest dissipation rate reaches 50.4%.The enhancement effect ofβ-cyclodextrin on phytoremediation was investigated by laboratory simulation,which offers important details for cyclodextrin-assisted soil remediation.
