摘要 本文针对市场监管体制下餐饮食品安全监管的问题和挑战,提出了强化企业自律和责任、利用信息技术手段提升监管效能、加强监督执法力度等一系列有效的监管方法,有助于提高监管水平和保障消费者的健康权益,推动我国餐饮食品行业的健康发展。 This paper addresses the problems and challenges of restaurant food safety supervision under the market supervision system,and proposes a series of effective supervision methods such as strengthening enterprise self-regulation and responsibility,using information technology to enhance the effectiveness of supervision,and strengthening supervision and enforcement,which can help improve the level of supervision and protect the health rights of consumers,as well as promote the healthy development of the restaurant food industry in China.
