摘要 食品安全问题备受关注,因此加强食品安全监督,提升检验质量十分重要。作为食品安全监测中的重要环节,食品微生物检验结果的真实性和准确性对食品安全监管具有重要影响。培养基是微生物繁殖、鉴定、保持活力必不可少的物质,几乎贯穿整个检验流程,对微生物检验结果的准确性有很大影响,要加强培养基的质量控制,以提高检验结果的准确性。本文主要研究培养基的采购验收、制备、储存和验证等,探讨培养基的质量控制对策,以提高食品微生物检验结果准确性。 Food safety issues have attracted much attention.It is very important to strengthen food safety supervision and improve inspection quality.As an important link in food safety monitoring,the authenticity and accuracy of food microbiological inspection results have an important impact on food safety supervision.Culture medium is an essential substance for microbial reproduction,identification,and maintenance of vitality,which almost runs through the entire inspection process and has a significant impact on the accuracy of microbial inspection results.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control of culture medium to improve the accuracy of inspection results.This paper mainly studies the acceptance,preparation,storage and verification of culture-medium,and discusses the quality control strategy of culturemedium,so as to improve the accuracy of food microbiological test results.
