摘要
食品微生物检验中,培养基的质量直接影响到检验结果的准确性和可靠性。因此,对食品微生物检验中培养基的质量控制尤为重要。本文从培养基的选择、制备、贮存和使用等方面,探讨了食品微生物检验中培养基的质量控制,以帮助相关从业人员更好地开展食品微生物检测工作,提高食品安全检测的效率和质量,从而保障人们的身体健康。
In food microbiological testing,the quality of the culture medium directly affects the accuracy and reliability of the test results.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the quality of the culture medium in food microbiological testing.This article explores the quality control of culture media in food microbiological testing from the aspects of selection,preparation,storage,and use,in order to help relevant practitioners better carry out food microbiological testing work,improve the efficiency and quality of food safety testing,and ensure people’s physical health.
