不同地域生姜挥发油的化学成分比较

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取生姜挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱法分离测定来自山东、云南、安徽3个不同区域种植产出的生姜中挥发油化学成分并进行比较。结果表示,不同产地生姜挥发油的化学成分和含量有一定的差异,其中山东生姜挥发油中萜烯类物质含量较高,云南生姜挥发油中α-姜烯含量少,安徽生姜挥发油中醛类含量较高。 The volatile oil of ginger was extracted using steam distillation method,and the chemical components of the volatile oil in ginger grown from three different regions of Shandong,Yunnan,and Anhui were separated and determined using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and compared.The results indicate that there are certain differences in the chemical composition and content of ginger volatile oil from different regions.Among them,Shandong ginger volatile oil has a higher content of terpenes,Yunnan ginger volatile oil has a lower content ofα-zingiberene,and Anhui ginger volatile oil has a higher content of aldehydes.
