不同产地中华绒螯蟹背壳形态学研究

摘要 中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis H.Milne-Edwards)属于一种经济蟹类,又称大闸蟹,为我国久负盛名的美食。本文对不同产地(阳澄湖、松江和崇明)大闸蟹背形态学参数进行测量。结果表明,阳澄湖大闸蟹和松江大闸蟹在形态学上不存在显著差异,崇明大闸蟹因其所处水体有一定的盐度而造成个体偏小,与阳澄湖大闸蟹相比形态上有一定差异性。主成分分析结果表明,雄性和雌性大闸蟹可依据其背壳形态的差异分为两类,两者差异性主要体现在第一主成分轴上。同性别大闸蟹,其等级越高,第一和第二主成分的值越大。本研究以期为不同地区大闸蟹的形态学甄别提供参考依据。 Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis H.Milne-Edwards)is an economic crab,also known as hairy crab,which is a well-known delicacy in China.This paper focus on the morphological parameter measurement of hairy crab back in different origins(Yangcheng Lake,Songjiang and Chongming).The results showed that there was no significant morphological difference between Yangcheng Lake hairy crab and Songjiang hairy crab.But Chongming hairy crab was small due to the salinity of the water body,and there were certain morphological differences compared with Yangcheng Lake hairy crab.The results of principal component analysis showed that male and female hairy crabs could be divided into two categories according to the difference of their dorsal shell morphology,and the difference was mainly reflected in the first principal component axis.Besides,the higher the rank of hairy crabs of the same sex,the greater the value of the first and second principal components.This study aims to provide a reference for the morphological screening of hairy crabs in different regions.
