摘要
篮球运动具有高强度、时间长、密度大的特点,要求篮球运动员有良好的身体素质。篮球运动对体能消耗较大,因此需要合理的膳食来补充营养,从而使机体得到更好的恢复、消除疲劳。本文通过篮球运动的专项特点分析篮球运动员在运动和训练中所需要补充的营养物质,使篮球运动员根据自身情况以及运动特点合理调整膳食,并通过分析运动员不合理膳食的原因提出合理膳食的饮食建议,使运动员通过科学合理的膳食维持机体日常训练所需要的能量,不断提高自身素质,从而高效完成训练、取得优异运动成绩。
Basketball has the characteristics of high intensity,long duration,and high density,requiring basketball players to have good physical fitness.Basketball sports consume a lot of physical energy,so it requires a reasonable diet to supplement nutrients,in order to better recover the body and eliminate fatigue.This article analyzes the special characteristics of basketball sports and the nutrients that basketball players need to supplement during exercise and training,so that basketball players can adjust their diet reasonably based on their own situation and sports characteristics.By analyzing the reasons for athletes’unreasonable diet,corresponding reasonable dietary suggestions are proposed,so that they can maintain the energy required for daily training through scientific and reasonable diet and continuously improve their own quality,thus efficiently complete training and achieve excellent athletic results.
