摘要 在经济社会的高速发展下,人们的食品安全意识不断提升,对食用农产品的质量及安全提出了更严格的标准及要求。在影响农产品安全的诸多因素中,农药残留是其中的一项重要因素,不仅会威胁人们的身体健康,而且会对农业生产与出口贸易产生不利影响。本文阐述了食用农产品中农药残留的危害,分析了应用于食用农产品农药残留快速检测的具体方法,提出了食用农产品农药残留检测中存在的问题与解决对策。 With the rapid development of the economy and society,people’s awareness of food safety is constantly improving,and stricter standards and requirements have been put forward for the quality and safety of edible agricultural products.Among the many factors that affect the safety of agricultural products,pesticide residues are an important factor,which not only threatens people’s physical health,but also has adverse effects on agricultural production and export trade.This article elaborates on the hazards of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products,analyzes the specific methods applied to the rapid detection of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products,and proposes the problems and solutions in the detection of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products.
