The Development Strategy for Russias Electronics Industry:Background,Tasks,and Prospects

2020年俄罗斯制定了电子工业发展战略文件,规定了2030年前电子工业的发展目标和任务。该研究简要回顾了俄罗斯电子工业的发展历程和现状,较详尽地介绍了战略文件的内容,分析了战略的理论基础,概述了战略的实施体制。文中使用了国际科技分工概念,并以此概念为基础提出俄罗斯在国际劳动分工和国际科技分工中与西方发达国家存在结构性矛盾的判断,尝试以矛盾分析的方法评估俄罗斯电子工业的未来。该研究对准备与俄罗斯开展科技合作的中国电子领域专业人士及投资者也有一定参考意义。

Russia developed the Development Strategy for its ElectronicsIndustry in 2020 and set the targets and mission for the development of electronicindustry until 2030. Briefly presents the history and status quo of Russia 'selectronics industry, this study elaborates the strategy and proposes a judgementthat there is a structural conflict between Russia and the developed economies inthe international division of labor and science and technology. The study alsoevaluates the future of Russia's electronics industry by the method of contradictionanalysis. The study can be a reference for Chinese professionals and investors inthe scope of electronics.
