摘要
目的探讨老年T2DM患者miR-126、血管内皮生长因子受体2(VEGFR-2)、Dickkopf相关蛋白1(DKK1)的表达及与临床特征的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于湖南省脑科医院内分泌科收治的老年T2DM患者89例(T2DM组),另选取同期我院体检健康者80名为正常对照(NC)组。比较两组miR-126、VEGFR-2、DKK1表达,分析其与临床特征的相关性。结果T2DM组FPG、HbA1c、降钙素原、C-RP、IL-6、TNF-α、VEGFR-2、DKK1高于NC组(P<0.05),miR-126表达低于NC组(P<0.05)。与BMI<25 kg/m2、不饮酒、无冠心病(CHD)患者比较,BMI≥25 kg/m2患者miR-126降低(P<0.05),VEGFR-2、DKK1表达升高(P<0.05),饮酒史、CHD患者miR-126升高(P<0.05),VEGFR-2、DKK1表达降低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,miR-126与VEGFR-2、DKK1呈负相关(P<0.05),VEGFR-2与DKK1呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年T2DM患者miR-126低表达,VEGFR-2、DKK1高表达,可能与BMI、饮酒、CHD相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Microrna-126(miR-126)and Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2)in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and their correlation with clinical features.Methods A total of 89 elderly T2DM patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Hunan Brain Hospital were enrolled in this study as T2DM group from January 2019 to January 2020,and 80 healthy people who underwent physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as normal control(NC)group.The expressions of miR-126,VEGFR-2 and DKK1 were compared between the two groups,and their correlation with clinical characteristics was analyzed.Results The levels of FPG,HbAic,PCT,C-RP,IL-6,TNF-α,VEGFR-2 and DKK1 were higher,and the expression of miR-126 was lower in T2DM group than in NC group(P<0.05).Compared with patients with BMI<25 kg/m²,abstaining from alcohol and no coronary heart disease,miR-126 was decreased and VEGFR-2 and DKK1 expression was increased in patients with BMI≥25 kg/m?(P<0.05).miR-126 was increased and VEGFR-2 and DKK1 expression was decreased in patients with alcohol consumption and coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that miR-126 was negatively correlated with VEGFR-2(P<0.05).miR-126 was negatively correlated with DKK1(P<0.05).VEGFR-2 was positively correlated with DKK1(P<0.05).Conclusion The low expression of miR-126 and high expression of VEGFR-2 and DKK1 in elderly T2DM may be related to BMI,alcohol consumption and CHD.
