摘要
本研究基于“输入—过程—结果”(IPO)系统理论模型,以山东博物馆及其参观人群为研究对象,对博物馆知识转移绩效进行调查研究,构建博物馆知识表达水平与参观者知识接受特性链式中介模型,以促进博物馆文化知识的传播和转移,充分发挥博物馆的社会教育功能。结果发现,博物馆显性与隐性知识能够通过知识表达水平和知识接受特性的链式中介作用,实现对知识转移绩效的影响,从而提高知识转移绩效,其中,链式中介作用可使隐性知识对知识转移绩效的影响由负转正。
Based on IPO theory model and taking Shandong Museum and its visitors as the research object,this paper makes an investigation into the knowledge transfer performance in constructing a chain intermediary model of museum knowledge expression level and visitors’knowledge acceptance characteristics,so as to promote the dissemination and transfer of museum knowledge and give full play to the social education function.It shows that museum explicit and tacit knowledge can affect and improve the knowledge transfer performance through the chain intermediary effect of knowledge expression level and knowledge acceptance characteristics.Especially,the chain intermediary effect can make the negative influence of tacit knowledge on knowledge transfer performance become positive.
