基于CiteSpace的我国中医药健康素养研究现状与趋势分析

Research status and trend analysis of Chinese medicine health literacy based on CiteSpace

目的 分析2009—2021年我国中医药健康素养的研究现状,以发现我国中医药健康素养的研究热点,预判今后的研究趋势,为后续深入研究提供参考。方法 检索2009—2021年中国知网(CNKI)数据库中关于中医药健康素养的文献,共有204篇,筛选后有效文献107篇,利用CiteSpaceⅤ5.7.R2软件对已纳入文献的作者、机构、发文期刊及高频关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 我国中医药健康素养研究从2016年开始年度发文量呈增长趋势,发表最多的期刊是《中国健康教育》,形成了以北京中医药大学的谭巍、王慧和郭颖等学者为核心的研究团队,近10年的研究热点可归纳为中医药健康素养现状及其影响因素分析、中医药文化知识普及等方面。结论 未来应该关注公民中医药健康文化需求、中医药健康文化知识的行动率、重点人群的中医药健康素养监测、提高公民中医药健康行为和问卷质量评价。

Objective To analyze the research status of Chinese medicine health literacy in China from 2009 to 2021,in order to discover the research hotspots of Chinese medicine health literacy in China,predict future research trends,and provide references for subsequent in-depth research.Methods The literature on health literacy of traditional Chinese medicine was searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2009 to 2021,a total of 204 documents were retrieved,and 107 were valid documents after screening.CiteSpace V5.7.R2 software was used to conduct the visual analysis on the authors,institutions,published journals,and high-frequency key documents of the included documents.Results Since 2016,the annual publication volume of Chinese medicine health literacy research in China has shown an increasing trend.The most published journal is China Health Education.A research team centered on scholars such as TAN Wei,WANG Hui and CUO Ying from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has been formed.The research hotspots in the past ten years can be summarized as the status quo of Chinese medicine health literacy and its influencing factors,and the popularization of Chinese medicine cultural knowledge.Conclusion In the future,attention should be paid to citizens traditional Chinese medicine health culture needs,the action rate of traditional Chinese medicine health culture knowledge,the monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine health literacy of key groups,the improvement of citizens'traditional Chinese medicine health behaviors and the quality evaluation of questionnaires.
