摘要
高原作业人员由于长期暴露在低压低氧、强辐射、昼夜温差大等极端环境中,随之而来对生理节律、神经系统和认知功能的损害远超常人。睡眠是人维持生命活动的重要形式,而高原睡眠障碍是最常见的高原不适症之一,是高原医学研究的重点问题。虽然对高原睡眠障碍机制和干预措施已有较大进展,但仍有较多问题尚未解决。据此,本文从高原高海拔环境对睡眠的影响、致使睡眠障碍发生的机制、睡眠障碍相关干预措施等方面进行综述,为提高高原作业人员的睡眠质量和制定科学有效的睡眠保障策略提供依据。
Due to long-term exposure to extreme environments such as low-pressure hypoxia,strong radiation and large temperature difference,the impact on physiological rhythm,nervous system and cognitive function of altitude workers is far more than ordinary people.The sleep is an important form of human life-sustaining activities,and high altitude sleep disorder is one of the most common altitude sickness,and it is a key issue in altitude medical research.Although great progress has been made in the mechanism and intervention measures of sleep disorders at high altitude,there are still many problems that have not been solved.Therefore,this paper provides a basis for improving the sleep status of plateau operators and formulating scientific and effective sleep guarantee strategies through the impact of plateau environment on sleep,the mechanism of sleep disorders and relevant intervention measures.
