摘要
患者女,11岁,全身风团反复2年。皮肤科情况:日光照射30 min后全身密集分布大片红斑及绿豆至黄豆大小红色风团,以光暴露部位和薄衣物遮盖处为著。腰部衣料厚实处及后背背包带遮盖处无皮疹,与皮疹区之间边界清晰,皮肤划痕征(+)。诊断为日光性荨麻疹。
An 11-year-old female presented with repeated wheals for 2 years.Dermatological examination:After 30 minutes of sunlight exposure,large areas of erythema and red wheals from mung beans to soybeans were densely distributed all over the body,especially on the light exposed parts and the parts covered by thin clothes.There was no rash at the cover of the backpack belt and the waist where the clothes were thick.It had a clear boundary with the rash area.Skin scratching was positive.The diagnos solar urticaria was made.
