提高高职院校篮球教学水平及训练效率的措施

Measures to Improve the Effectiveness of Basketball Teaching and Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

篮球教学是体育教学的重要组成内容,能有效锻炼学生身体机能,为学生渗透团队合作意识,激发学生对篮球学习的兴趣,还可帮助学生养成终身锻炼的习惯。但当前高职院校篮球教学及训练中还存在较多不足,难以完全实现有效教学目标,基于此,本文对篮球运动的技术种类及篮球战术种类进行详细介绍,分析当前高职院校展开篮球教学的必要性及教学过程中存在的不足,最后提出提高高职院校篮球教学及训练有效性的可靠措施,旨在为同行提供参考。

Basketball teaching is an important part of physical education,which can effectively exercise students'physical function,infiltrate sense of teamwork into their mind,stimulate their interest in basketball learning,and help them form the habit of lifelong exercise.However,there are still many deficiencies in basketball teaching and training in higher vocational colleges and it is difficult to fully realize the effective teaching objectives.Based on this,this paper introduces the technical types and tactical types of basketball in detail,analyzes the necessity of basketball teaching in higher vocational colleges and the shortcomings existing in the teaching process,and finally puts forward reliable measures to improve the effectiveness of basketball teaching and training in higher vocational colleges,aiming at providing references for peers.
