摘要 能源分配是综合能源系统满足负荷需求的重要组成部分,然而目前大多数能源分配策略都严重依赖于精确性有限的预测技术。以综合能源实时分配为目标,提出了一种基于储能容量配置的综合能源多级分配策略。首先考虑经济性,以气价和分时电价为基准区分不同场景;其次根据综合能源设备转换能力和负荷侧需求响应能力,制定针对不同场景的综合能源多级分配策略,确定各输出端出力顺序。最后,将上述能源分配策略作为约束条件嵌入多目标热交换优化算法,将综合能源经济调度问题转换为储能容量配置问题。仿真结果表明,与传统的能源分配策略相比,由于考虑了多种场景以及储电和储热的协同作用,综合能源经济成本更低,同时,园区综合能源系统内部的用能满意率也得到提升。 Energy distribution is an essential component of an integrated energy system to meet the load demand.However,most current energy distribution strategies rely heavily on the forecasting techniques with limited accuracy.With the objective of real-time distribution of the integrated energy,a multi-level allocation strategy for the integrated energy based on the energy storage capacity allocation is proposed.Firstly,considering the economy,different scenarios are differentiated based on the gas and time-sharing tariffs.Secondly,a multi-level distribution strategy is developed for different scenarios based on the conversion capability of the integrated energy equipment and the load-side demand response capability to determine the output sequence of the output terminals.Finally,the above energy allocation strategy is embedded into the multi-objective heat exchange optimization algorithm as a constraint,and the comprehensive energy economic scheduling problem is transformed into the energy storage capacity allocation problem.Simulation results show that the economic cost of the integrated energy is lower than the traditional energy allocation strategies due to the consideration of multiple scenarios and the synergistic effect of the power and heat storage,while the satisfaction rate of energy using within the integrated energy system of the campus is also improved.
