区域电力现货市场差异化出清模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 区域电力市场建设是发挥市场力量在更大范围内优化配置资源、推动区域电力高质量发展的最有效举措之一。南方电网联系紧密,具备互联互通、自由流动的物理条件,具有区域市场一体化运作的独特优势。分别构建了面向区域电力现货市场的一级出清和两级出清模型,研究了差异化出清模型下省间联络线功率的功能定位和优化方法。然后,基于南方电网典型日96时段的实际运行数据,构建了南方区域电力现货市场出清模拟算例,并通过电力市场模拟运行软件量化分析结果,论证了一级出清模型在南方区域现货市场出清中的优势,包括出清流程简约、经济性最优等,同时也揭示了两级出清模型在南方区域现货市场中的运营风险和安全运行风险等。 Regional power market construction is one of the most effective initiatives to exert market forces to optimize the allocation of resources in a wider scope and promote the high-quality development of electric power in the southern region of China.Closely contacting,interconnecting and free flowing with one another,the southern power grids in China have the unique advantage of being integrated into a regional market operation.In this paper,we construct a one-stage clearing model and a two-stage clearing model for the regional power spot market,and study the functional positioning and optimizations of the inter-provincial contact line power under the differentiated clearing models.Then,based on the actual operation data of 96 periods of in the southern power grids,a simulation case of the regional power spot market clearing is constructed,and the results are quantified and analyzed by the power market simulation software.The results also reveal the operational and security risks of the two-stage clearing model in the regional spot market.
