摘要
研究以微孔淀粉为吸附包埋及粘附包埋剂,采用动态吸附包埋以及二次粘附包埋干燥的方法,对几种常用矿物质(硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、硫酸锰)进行了吸附、粘附包埋试验。研究探讨了动态吸附包埋、粘附包埋、干燥的工艺和设备,同时对制备的矿物质营养强化剂预混料的包埋效果进行了评价。研究结果表明,研究制备的营养强化剂预混料有效降低了金属离子对维生素A、C的降解作用。
In this study,microporous starch was used as the adsorption and adhesive embedding agent,and the adsorption and adhesive embedding tests were carried out on several commonly used minerals of ferrous sulfate,zinc sulfate,copper sulfate and manganese sulfate by using the methods of dynamic adsorption embedding and secondary adhesive embedding drying.The technology and equipment of dynamic adsorption embedding,adhesive embedding and drying were studied and discussed.At the same time,the embedding effect of the prepared mineral nutrient fortifier premix was evaluated.The results showed that the nutrient fortifier premix prepared in this study effectively reduced the degradation of vitamin A and C by metal ions.
