摘要
产学研合作以强化工程教育和培养创新人才为目标,将学校教育与实际生产有机结合,是培养应用型人才的有效途径。根据廊坊区域的特点,构建廊坊师范学院食品科学与工程专业开展校企合作的模式,通过教师参加企业培训、建立以企业冠名的实验室、建立校企合作教育的教学质量关键控制点,在企业建立实习基地等措施,增强学生对就业岗位的适应能力,丰富实践教学环节,全面提升人才培养质量。
Industry university research cooperation aims to strengthen engineering education and cultivate innovative talents.It is an effective way to cultivate application-oriented talents by organically combining school education with actual production.According to the regional characteristics of Langfang,the school enterprise cooperation mode for the food science and engineering specialty of Langfang Normal University has been established.Through participating in enterprise training with teachers,establishing a laboratory named after an enterprise,establishing a key control point for the teaching quality of school enterprise cooperation education and establishing a practice base in the enterprise,the measures can enhance students'adaptability to employmen,enrich practical teaching links,and effectively improve the quality of talent training.
