学校美育改革的政策要求与实践逻辑——兼论“开齐开足上好美育课”的内涵价值 被引量:4

Policy Requirements and Practical Logic of School Aesthetic Education Reform——On the Connotation Value of"Carrying Out Aesthetic Education Courses with Comprehensive Curriculum Content and Sufficient Quantity"

摘要 2020年国家出台了《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校美育工作的意见》,以“开齐开足上好美育课”作为全面深化美育教学改革的重要举措,旨在建设全覆盖、多样化、高质量的具有中国特色的现代化学校美育体系。“开齐、开足和上好美育课”保证了学校美育由无到有、由有到多、由多到好的课程建设要求,体现了学校美育从普及化到多元化再到优质化的渐进过程。为了促进中小学美育发展,应该依据政策要求加强学校美育治理,建设高质量美育课程体系,同时依据“各美其美”的逻辑,形成美育课程和课程美育双轨发展模式,坚持“五育并举”,形成学校美育、社会美育、家庭美育相结合的立体美育空间,实现家校社“美美与共”的格局,推动学校美育高质量发展。 In 2020,the government issued"Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Aesthetic Education in Schools in the New Era"initiative,which focuses on delivering comprehensive and enhanced aesthetic education courses,aiming to establish a modern school aesthetic education systems with Chinese characteristics that is fully covered,diversified,and high-quality.By ensuring the provision of comprehensive and excellent aesthetic education courses,the objective is to meet the progressive requirements of curriculum development,starting from its absence to its presence,then diversifying and eventually improving its quality.To promote the development of aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools,it is essential to enhance the governance of school aesthetic education in accordance with policy requirements.This includes the establishment of a high-quality curriculum system for aesthetic education and the adoption of a dual-track approach that combines aesthetic education within the curriculum.By adhering to the concept of holistic development,encompassing various aspects of five educations(to promote all-round development of moral education,intellectual education,physical education,art education and labor education),and fostering a collaborative environment between families,schools,and society,we can facilitate the high-quality advancement of aesthetic education in schools.
