促进北京冬奥会奥运遗产可持续发展的理念与实践

奥运遗产可持续发展的理念,表现为物质遗产与精神遗产可持续发展的碰撞、有形遗产与无形遗产可持续发展的融合,单一遗产走向多元遗产可持续发展的嬗变。对于北京冬奥会奥运遗产的传承与保护,要坚持保护、传承与可持续性闭环融合良性发展,重点突出整体保护的理念,赋予奥运遗产整体性文化内涵。同时,还应扩大冬季运动群众参与、增加冰雪项目基础设施建设、加强环境与可持续发展教育、丰富全民健身活动内容,以实现健康促进与社会遗产良性积累。

The concept of sustainable development of Olympic heritage is expressed as the collision of material heritage and spiritual heritage sustainable development,the integration of tangible heritage and intangible heritage sustainable development,and the transmutation of single heritage to multiple heritage sustainable development.For the inheritance and protection of the Olympic heritage of the Beijing Winter Olympics games,we should adhere to the benign development of the closed-loop integration of protection,inheritance and sustainability,focus on the concept of overall protection and give the Olympic heritage a holistic cultural connotation.At the same time,it should also expand mass participation in winter sports,increase infrastructure construction of ice and snow sports,strengthen education on environment and sustainable development,and enrich the content of national fitness activities in order to realize health promotion and benign accumulation of social heritage.
