基于MASTA的汽车变速箱轴承失效分析和结构选型设计

摘要 变速箱副箱轴承6015NR在试验时发生失效。本文利用MASTA软件,根据汽车变速箱副箱用深沟球轴承的实际工况条件,对其进行仿真计算,并根据分析结果优化主轴后端位置的轴承结构类型。 The secondary box bearing of 6015NR of gearbox failed during the test.In this paper,MASTA software is used to simulate and calculate the bearing according to the actual working conditions of the deep groove ball bearing used in the secondary box of the automobile gearbox,and the structural type of the bearing at the rear end of the main shaft is optimized according to the analysis results.
