摘要
针对目前公司深沟球轴承精研内滚道用定心轴存在陶瓷易破损、造价成本高的问题,对定心轴的工作原理进行分析,优化了定心轴结构,使其达到造价成本低、通用性强、易更换的效果。经过反复验证,可以满足使用要求。
In view of the problems of easy ceramic breakage and high cost of the centering shaft used in finishing raceway of deep groove ball bearing in the company,the working principle of the centering shaft was analyzed,and the structure of the centering shaft was optimized to achieve the effect of low cost,strong versatility and easy replacement.After repeated verification,it can meet the requirements of use.
