摘要
针对调心滚子轴承外圈一列载荷区发生剥离、内圈一列沿圆周方向均发生剥离的现象,采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验及洛氏硬度检验等技术,对调心滚子轴承外圈和内圈剥离原因进行了分析。结果表明:调心滚子轴承内圈剥离位置有多处网状碳化物超标,该网状碳化物严重破坏了金属基体的连续性,并增加了基体脆性。内圈在该位置易产生剥离,当内圈剥离后剥离物进入滚道,导致外圈在载荷区发生剥离。
The peeling occurred in the load zone of the outer ring of the spherical roller bearing,while the peeling occurred in the inner ring along the circumferential direction.The reasons for the peeling of the outer and inner rings of the spherical roller bearing were analyzed using techniques such as chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,and Rockwell hardness testing.The results show that there are multiple network carbides at the peeling position of the inner ring of the spherical roller bearing that exceed the standard.This network carbides seriously damage the continuity of the metal matrix and increase the brittleness of the matrix.The inner ring is prone to peeling at this position.When the inner ring peels off,the peeled material enters the raceway,causing the outer ring to peel off in the load zone.
