摘要
针对某圆柱滚子轴承内圈载荷区发生剥离的现象,采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验及洛氏硬度检验等技术,对内圈剥离原因进行了分析。结果表明:内圈的屈氏体严重超标,其硬度也远低于标准要求,因此在内圈载荷区首先发生剥离。得出结论是产品加工过程中应严格执行热处理工艺,避免产生不合格组织。
In response to the phenomenon of peeling off of the inner ring of a cylindrical roller bearing in the load zone,techniques such as chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure inspection,and Rockwell hardness inspection were used to analyze the cause of peeling off.The results show that the troostite of the inner ring severely exceeds the standard,and its hardness is far below the standard requirements.Therefore,the inner ring first peels off in the load zone.The conclusion is that the heat treatment process should be strictly implemented during the product processing to avoid the generation of unqualified tissues.
