磁悬浮保护轴承表面镀层试验研究

摘要 通过对磁悬浮保护轴承使用工况进行研究,确定了几种不同的镀层并进行了相应的试验。试验结果表明复合二硫化钼-2镀层的保护轴承温升最低,磨损最小。 Through research on the application of magnetic suspension protective bearing,several different coatings were identified and corresponding tests were conducted.The test results show that compound MS2-2 protective bearing has the lowest temperature rise and the minimum wear than other coating bearings.
