摘要
采用铂坩埚熔融制样,对硅锰合金中主量元素锰、硅、磷进行X荧光光谱法测定。将四硼酸锂在铂金坩埚内熔融后挂壁形成保护膜,以氢氧化锂作为预氧化剂、溴化锂作为脱模剂。此方法不仅克服了颗粒效应和基体效应,而且避免了铂金坩埚腐蚀的危险。由于熔片高度均质化,大大提高了测量的准确度,测量结果令人满意。
Using a platinum crucible to melt and prepare samples,the main elements of manganese,silicon and phosphorus in silicon manganese alloy were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Lithium tetraborate is melted in a platinum crucible and hung on the wall to form a protective film.Lithium hydroxide is used as the pre oxidant and lithium bromide as the release agent.This method not only overcomes the particle effect and matrix effect,but also avoids the risk of corrosion of platinum crucible.Due to its high homogenization,the accuracy of measurement is greatly improved,and the measurement results are satisfactory.
